Striper's Shiz Tzu Imperial Stout II

Converted my origina Shih Tzu to an all grain recipe. Added a little more honey, and some torbinado sugar for some of the brown sugar. Tasted good but sharp (alchohol) at 1 month, needs a few more months to mellow.
