Tried to reproduce my own StormTrooper IPA as an all grain batch. Came out more metallic tasting, maybe had something to do with the aluminium stock bot I boil in. After I bought my new 15 gal. stainless brew kettle, I have not had the metallic taste in my beers anymore.
