This is a clone of New Glarus Raspberry Tart. A beer for X-Mas. This was made using a sour mash, which consisted of throwing in 1/2 lb of grain after you mash, and letting it sit for 24 hours. It then goes bad, and the lactobacillus take over and make it sour. I split the 5 gallon batch to two carboys, one for raspberry, the other for cherry.
