I have a 10 gallon all grain system, which the main parts are :
- Mash/Lautering - 12 gallon picnic cooler with a slotted CPVC pipe on the bottom for lautering, and on top for fly sparging, 1/2" port.
- Hot Liquor Tank - 7.5 gallon aluminium pot (from the Cajun Coooker), 1/2" port, temp. guage and sight tube.
- Boling Tank - 15 gallon stainless steel, with 1/2" port and temp. guage.
- Grain Mill - Grain Gobbler 4" Adjustable Mill.
- Heaters - Two propane heaters.
- Pump - March 809 hot liquid pump. Pumps mash water from Hot Liquor Tank to Mash Tun.
- Hoses/Ports - 1/2" high temp hoses with polysulfone quick disconnects on hoses and ports.
- Chilling - Shirron plate chiller. I pump the boiled wort through the chiller using the March pump.
- Oxygen - Oxygen bottle with aeration stone to aerate wort.
- Fermenting - 6.5 and 5 gallon carboys.
- Serving / Aging - 8 five gallon corny kegs, 1 5lb CO2 tank.
- Lagering - Chest freezer with Johnson control (set temp to 50 deg for primary, and 32 deg for aging).
- Bottling - Blickman beer gun.
- Measuring - Refractometer and Hydrometer.
- Software - Beer Tools Pro and ProMash, Microsoft Publisher for the Labels.
