This was my first All-Grain batch using my new picnic cooler mash-tun. This recipe is from Microbrewed Adventures from Charlie Papazian, and was supposed to be his Rose Zwarte Beer, which is a clone of New Belgium's 1554. I thinkn everything went right in brewing, but when I primed it for bottleing, I think I used Maltodextrine instead of corn sugar. Since maltodextrine is unfermentable, it left the beer flat and sweet, and not drinkable at only. My only "Down the Drain" beer I made (but the label is cool!).
