Bobbitt Beer - A Cut Above the Rest

I am a Software Engineer by trade, and started my own company in 2001, GeoSpatial Experts.

I started homebrewing in December, 2005 when my wife bought me a Mr. Beer kit. It didn't make very good beer, but with help from my brother Mike, I got started doing extract batches right away. After about 6 months, I switched to doing all grain, and it really made a difference in the quality of the beer. In all-grain brewing, you steep or mash the crushed barley yourself, instead of buying the malt syrup.
